STAIRLIFT BREAKDOWN & REPAIR
Not for the faint hearted – and the best advice we can give is to engage a Stairlift Engineer. Most faults can be rectified over the telephone, but this section of the site has been designed to help you in the absence of a Stairlift Engineer.
We hope you find it useful…if you can rectify the fault or the reason for the Breakdown, then it will save you money – which is normally around €150 plus parts if needed. Have a look and see how you go – if your still stuck give us a ring night or day.
All Stairlifts are different, have different error codes and different remedies – so the absolute first thing to do is identify your stairlift from the table below…if you can’t find it contact us and we will see what we can do.
If you cant identify it visually, then you can check for any labels or brand names on the lift you have, that will help you choose the right one also.
