For stairlift grants, you can be entitled to a grant which can cover up to 100% of the cost of getting a stairlift under the Housing Adaptation Scheme. The process involves you filling out a form with your local housing authority in Kerry. The process of getting a grant can take a number of months and they will usually send an OT out to assess your needs.
